Shuttle buses are provided on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to transport visitors from the parking lots to the fairgrounds.
Handicapped parking is available. A valid state permit is required to park in the handicapped parking.

GENERAL FAIRGROUNDS RULES
The Hudsonville Fair Association, its agents, volunteers, and employees shall not be held liable in case of injury to exhibitors, concessionaires, or the public on the grounds of the Hudsonville Community Fair.
Every possible protection and courtesy will be extended to all by the Hudsonville Fair, but the Board/Association shall not be responsible for any loss of exhibits, animals, or equipment in case of fire, theft, and vandalism, or from loss of any other cause.
No person will be permitted to make solicitation of any nature on the fairgrounds except by contracted concession or commercial rented spaces.
No person will be permitted to post or display signs, distribute handbills or merchandise except under fair contract.
There is one ATM located on the fairgrounds. Due to the large volume of use during the fair, funds in the ATM can occasionally be diminished.

There is one first aid station located on the fairgrounds that is staffed during the hours of the fair by medical personnel.

The Fair Office is staffed with experienced volunteers ready to make sure your fair is an enjoyable time.
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS
All lost and found items should be reported to the fair staff in the Fair Office.
All lost children should be reported to the fair staff in the Fair Office.
Because of our concern for the safety of the animals on exhibit and for the comfort and safety of our patrons, no pets are allowed on the fairgrounds with the ONLY exception being a service animal trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.
No pets, laser lights, off-road personal motorized vehicles, bikes, alcoholic beverages or weapons are permitted on the fairgrounds or in the parking areas. Please be advised that items such as coolers, backpacks and large packages may be subject to search.
STROLLERS AND WHEELCHAIRS
Strollers and wheelchairs are not available for rental. Please make any necessary arrangements for these items before arriving at the fair.
Any person who shall wrongfully or maliciously gain admission to the fairgrounds contrary to the rules of said society, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than one or more than twenty five dollars, or imprisonment not exceeding thirty days, or such fine and imprisonment both, at the discretion of the court before whom the offender may be tried.
